Both are close to $90 shipped and I can't do rebates. undecided and appreciate any comments/suggestions. the ds3l seems to be up on DDR2 1066, one additional pci-e x1, 4 additional usb.

parts in hand:
---------------
Antec EA-380 psu
intel E2160
Gskill 2x1GB DDR2-800
WD5000AAKS 500GB SATA
Samsung SH-S183 SATA DVD burner
EVGA Geforce 7600GT PCI-e card

PS: is the psu good enough? i might try OCing the cpu (dunno if psu matters for that).

Abit IP35-E does handle at least 1100Mhz DDR2 as well though not officially supported, from personal experience. It's been a good board for me 🙂 But I guess the DS3L is as good a board if you decide to get it. 😀

I would get the ds3l if both are 90$. I think the abit suffers more from vdroop. Besides that, no real reason. Both boards have been good for a lot of builders here.
