Motherboard Dilemma for Core 2 Duo

So,

I've got all of the components for my new computer sans Motherboard and Processor.

I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get the processor in the next two weeks, but I'm really struggling on what to do for a motherboard.

Here are my options:

Asus P5W-DH: Best overclocking board and top rated on Anand for Core 2
Asus P5N32-SLI: NForce 4 Chipset (Bad for OC) but + SLI
Yet to be announced NForce 5 SLI Mobo
Intel Badaxe

3 of these are available now, and I'm not sure if I'll really need O/C with a E6600. I'm more concerned with quiet than I am with speed, and moving from a P4 Northwood 3.0 to an E6600 should be a substantial upgrade, making O/C less of an issue. I do like the idea of SLI, as I could add a second 7900GT in a year when they are cheaper in price.

So the question is, what do you guys think?

Any MB with 2 PCIe 16x slots can run SLI with hacked drivers ;D

I'd get the P5W, chances are the Nvidia chipsets wont OC as well (and will run hotter / may require active cooling)
