Motherboard died, need cheap replacement

Alright, my motherboard has been messed up for some time and I'm looking to replace it with a solid pcie, socket 939 motherboard. Some overclockability would be nice but I'm basically interested in a very solid board for as cheap as I can get (without sacrificing too much quality). I have no interest in xfire/sli so that should help..

I have a chaintech vnf4 zenith value editoin that is socket 939. dual channel memory capable, pci-ex16. pci-ex1. 7.1 audio, SATA. It has never been used to my knowledge. It has the Nvidia nforce 4 chipset, supporting HyperTransport. It also has gigabit Lan, 10 usb 2.0 ports. PM me if you are interested.
