Motherboard Decision

getting ready to upgrade and i have these three motherboards in mind

ASUS A7V333-R Link

GIGABYTE GA-7VAXP Link

SOYO KT333 DRAGON ULTRA Link

if anyone has used any of the mentioned have you ran into any problems or reasons why i should go for any paticular one
any info would be great thanks

My friend has the Gigabyte and loves it! I got it for him as a newegg refurb for $62 shipped, can't beat that!

What are the main things you are looking for, overclocking, on-board itesm, etc...

im looking for mostly onboard items and stablity im currently on an Asus A7V133
and have way to many add on cards i think im going to go with the gigabyte board
unless anyone has had some major problems with that board im going to go for it.
i just wasnt too sure on that manufacturer ive always used ASUS boards
