I ordered some parts to build a computer and they arrived today. Unfortunately it turns out the motherboard, ASUS P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP bios were out of date, so I had to RMA it or return it to the manufacturer. I RMA'd it. Now how do I buy a motherboard that works!? This is the parts I have:

1. CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X2048-6400C4

2. Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

3. Antec PERFORMANCE TX640B Black Steel ATX Mini Tower Computer Case 400W Power Supply

4. Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 Processor

5. ASUS EAX1900 CrossFire /2DH/512M GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card

My major concerns are getting a mobo that can handle the 2.0V needed by the Corsair memory and something that handles E6600 processors.

I appreciate your suggestions. I don't know what to get at all here.

You can get the Asus P5WDH Deluxe which would be perfect for your E6600 as the FSB doesn't go much higher past 400 with stability. That board would allow you to run crossfire as well with better bandwidth on both slots as opposed to your previous P5B D.

An the other hand, there's also the Abit AW9D Max if you don't mind not being able to use the pci slot beneath the 2nd pci-e slot while running 2 gpu's; or run 1 gpu and and have the standard pci slot beneath the 2nd pci-e slot available for other things.
