I built this system for my dad back in October 2000. The Board MS-6330 K7T Pro, Bought from Paragon-Tech out of Manhattan, KS, Has died. No post, no beeps, all red LED's, no nothing. The problem is it seem's Paragon has gone out of bussiness. I can't reach their web site and I can't reach them by telephone. MSI's web site state's that all RMA's must be through the retailer. Does anyone know how I can get a replacement for this board? It still has two month's left on the warranty.

I had the same exact thing happen on my K7T Pro2 board, nothing but all red lights.
Never again a MSI board.
They work great if they work, it must be a voltage thing, because I get no power to anything on the board.
Iv'e been reading alot of posts where this has happened to others after a period of use and the whole board goes dead.
I'm trying to get an RMA number from MSI and am getting nowhere with them. Their support is shall we say pretty horrible.
I'm glad I'm using my old trusty Abit KT7 Raid board now.

Pg 2-27 of the manual says 4 red LEDs indicates a discharged/damaged battery or a damaged or improperly installed cpu. Did you check to see if the battery is discharged or not installed correctly? And did you try another cpu?(or at least reseat the original?)

The motherboard is not dead if the D-LEDs still work. It sounds like bad CPU to me. Try reaching them by email(msirma@msicomputer.com).

I e-mailed their msirma. Took everything loose on the board except vid card, cpu, ram still nothing even changed batteries on motherboard then swapped out power supplies still no go. So, had an old board and swapped out boards, the beast then booted right up so I am pretty shure it was the board just not shure how to make good on my warranty since I can not get ahold of the company I bought it from.
