My old KHA8+ flashes the code "FF" at me, no fans attached to it spin up, and I felt a current shock my hand when I last touched the case...

Is it safe to assume its not going to power on ever again? Should I risk another old mobo to test my cpu?

P.S: it also wont POST, tried two old vid cards

It sounds like your PSU is responsible, especially in light of the "current shocking my hand" part. That would be bad, very bad.

I would not test another mobo on that PSU. If you can come up with another PSU to test on, you could use that to see how much damage was done. Although if you've got current running through the case, that does not bode well at all.
