Motherboard + Daughterboard question

I recently bought a load full of computer junk at an auction and in there was a brand new FIC KZM 6120 Mobo, the kind that plugs into another board, and without it its useless. I tried emailing FIC about 5 letters and no reply from them. All I found on the net was this link and a couple of more useless links (at least to me) I would like to use this board sometime since I got a P3 chip but without the daughter board its useless. If anyone out there knows anything about where I can obtain the rest of the mobo please reply

That's the NLX form factor. The card is a riser card for the slots and I believe that can be used if no slots are needed.

Edit: and it'd make an excellent mini computer (IE: car MP3 player, DVD player, Mpeg 4 player)
