Motherboard / CPU combo not workin

A friend wants to upgrade, so he buys a P4 3.8 ghz (570j), and an intel D865Gsa. It wont work, looks like the motherboard wont take a cpu faster than 3.6 ?

Hes gotta replace the board? Anyone wanna offer a suggestion ? He needs ddr400, AGP8x, and lga775 support..

I think it needs a new bios update to support the new cpu uCODE. I may be wrong but I would try putting the old cpu in, update the bios and try to the new cpu.

In the end if he hasn't bought that stuff yet, I would wait and save my money. The 570 is the hottest running processor in history!
