Motherboard connection for an gigapyte GA-EP43-UD3L

Previous problem resolved

I have gigabyte GA-EP43-UD3L motherboard and an logisys X_BLADE CS859BK tower. My tower has an audio in and out jack and two USB ports on the front of the case, however I can't figure out how to properly install the connectors. I have a vcc, usb 1 -, usb 1 +, grnd with a grnd connector, same with USB 2, I have an HDD LED connector, a + p led and a - p led and a reset switch. Now I know the area they go in (says F_PANEL on the mobo), but I can't figure out how exactly to connect them so that they work.
