Current setup is:
# Motherboard: MSI P6N SLI-FI (nForce 650i SLI Chipset)
# CPU model: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600(2.4 GHz not OCed)
# Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT 512MB
# RAM modules: Corsair 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 800
# Power supply: Apevia X-Jupiter Jr. Mid-Tower 420W Case
# Hard Drive: 500GB SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 8MB Cache 7200RPM HDD

I want to replace my current mobo with an ASUS P5N-D LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard.

Basically i'm having comp issues, and i think my mobo is screwed up. The nForce chipset on the motherboard is usually really hot when my comp screws up. Thread here: Comp Issue

Compatible Mobos?
I'm thinking 1 of these would be most compatible and seem to match up best with my old MSI P6N. Also, if my CPU FSB is 1066, will it work on mobos that support higher FSB?

Those mobos will be find with your Q66 but have you considered using the Intel mobos? Generally they're in better shape than Nvidias- have a look at P45 based motherboards.
