I am currently running a P3V4X in my main system. I have build 3 other systems on the s1854 Trinity 400 MoBo. The tyan board is by far the most stable board I have ever worked with. There are no voltage adjustments in the BIOS of the tyan board, so if you are an overclocker, you will need a Flip-chip CPU & a slotkit put in the slot 1 socket to attempt overclocking. If you are not a serious overclocker, the trinity 400 is a great board for you. My Asus P3V4X overclocks very well, but is not nearly as stable as the Tyan board (or the Abit VT6X4). The award BIOS on the tyan board is one of the most user friendly I have ever worked with (real easy to work in if you arn't too familier with BIOS adjustments). Also, the tyan board came with a much better manual than the asus board.
I hope this helps.
