I got the Asus and couldn't be happier. Setup was the easy and straightforward, system was rock solid from the first boot into windows, overclocking was simple and led to no problems.

Up to you though, their all good!:)

I was going to get the gigabyte one, but the Asus one has more stuff, its nForce4 Ultra, SATA 3Gb/s, a 1x PCI Express x4, 2000MT/s, and etc...

Now its between the Gigabyte and Asus motherboard, would it be worth the extra $20 for the Asus board?

No drive support 3Gb/s yet, The PCIe x4 could be usefull only is you add another video card, the 2000 is not what it seem, you dont add the from and to speed for the hypertransport bus... just like the speed on the highway is not 130 MPH (2x65) so it is in fact 1000, as on other motherboard.

So does it worth it? For me, it was no.
