Motherboard can't tell time anymore!

For the last few weeks my PC has been unable to tell time..i've reinstalled WinXP, changed the CMOS battery, etc, and I still can't get it to tell time. Anyone have any ideas as to why?

Try clearing the CMOS with the jumper on the motherboard and seeing if that makes a difference.
