I have an Asus A7N266-VM mb that is always running faster than the actual time. Now if it was running slow I would try changing the battery but I don't have a clue what would fix this problem. I have been using some software to keep it in check but there has to be a way to fix it.

Is it running too fast when Off, or when On? The real time clock and battery are only relevant while the thing is Off; when it's on and running, the clock is maintained in software.

It is running fast when it is turned on. I reset it in the bios and I when I check the time again later that day it will be gaining time again. Same thing when resetting it in windows.
