Motherboard Buzzing??

I have for the last week been trying to figure out what was buzzing from my computer setup. I suspected the usual PSU or video card. Well after 2 PSU and 3 video cards its still their. That leaves only the motherboard. Has anyone ever heard of a motherboard buzzing? I know PSU and video cards will I just never heard of motherboards doing it. Its really annoying too. I have also tried different outlets in my house too.

If I got a board that did that, I would try a few tweaks, that failing then immediately RMA it, which you are now going to get anyways - heh
