Motherboard BIOS???

MY friend has what I believe is an Xcess P2-BX motherboard and I'm trying to locate a new BIOS for it.

My problem is that it appears they have vanished. I was hoping someone may know if they just changed their name or have been bought by someone else who may still support their products.
