motherboard bad flash!

When someone flashed a bios on a motherboard and the flash isn't successful and the MB becomes unbootable is their only option to send the motherboard to www.badflash.com and get a new bios installed?
 
It depends. If you have an ISA video card you can see the screen. If not, you have to set up an autoexc.bat to run "blind. Of course, what happened to your system may have rendered it beyond help.
