I have an Asus A7V333 mobo, and it has a weird configuration of connectors on the back of it. It has the audio connectors in a vertical orientaion instead of the standard horizontal style. I need a new backplate for my case so that the motherboard fits in properly. (I bought the board from newegg as a refurbished board and it didn't include the backplate.) Where can I purchase these?

I had an Abit motherboard with a funky configuration so I contacted
them and they sent me one at no charge. May be worth a try.

Yes, contacting the mfg. should cost much less than getting one at $8 (I was able to buy it at a local computer shop for $0.99).

When I was missing one, I used a piece of cardboard from a box and made my own.

Try calling the ASUS number and see if you can have them send one for free. Wouldn't hurt to try....
