Motherboard automatically adjusts BCLK/PCIE frequency.

Got new mobo, tried to boot, then I noticed that the multiplayer is set to 103 and all cores are at 43.

Tried to reset the settings but the computer wont boot up. Instead, it tries to boot then shuts down(quickly) and boots with these settings.

Real temp score showed (LOG) writing below all the cores. Meaning cpu was thermal throttled during the boot sequence. Next 2 times I booted in windows, same thing happened as i described above. Except(LOG) writing was only shown on 2 out of 4 cpu cores.

Also, mobo passed test control, as it shipped to me.

my idle temps are also high, ~50C. Unlike~30 before.

It might be helpful to tell us what motherboard, CPU and cooling you're using.

Have you tried hard resetting by clearing CMOS / taking out the battery?

Have you updated BIOS?

p8z68 v pro, air cooler noctua. No problem was on deluxe mobo(previous one)

I have to add before this goes off the rail that cpu cooler is installed poorly. (easy movable) but it is tight(part that touches the cpu) from what i can see beneath the cooler.

put the stock cooler back on it and then inspect the noctua for issues.

Most likely your cooler isn't installed correctly, ir you have a bad spread of thermal compound.

Thermal? I put on thermal on both of them, but only mounted(decently) cooler the next day.

Around here, though, there's a couple of extra switches. In the bottom right corner we've got two switches labeled EPU and TPU. The TPU switch when enabled will automatically optimize the system for fast, yet stable clock speeds, while the EPU will automatically detect the current PC loadings and intelligently moderate the power consumption. You may or may not find yourself using these; most people tend to want to stay away from switches on the board itself.

DL the MB pdf for it and find the TPU switch, should be bottom right corner AFAIK.
turn it off, that is default OC values used 43x x 103mhz.
