which of these are better overall for overclocking ? just asking opinions plz board died and am looking for a soloution for now to just hold out for am3 quads.

I would go for the Gigabyte or the ASUS. Those two should be about equal based on reviews.

id say asus out of the 4 u posted. gigabyte a close second. asrock at the bottom of the list for sure. msi is pretty hit and miss and i havent seen a real good board in a while. what chipset are you looking at btw?
