Motherboard and RAM to match c2d 6600

Hello all,
X-mas has come early for me. My manager let me have a system pulled E6600 C2D (no HS+F, just the chip). No i am not kidding and no it wasn't a five finger discount. It would have been discarded. Anyhow, my current system is listed in my sig below.

I am basically looking for a very stable mobo with built in, stable RAID. My current NVRAID setup has been flawless (*knock on wood*) and I'd love to get an nForce chipset for that reason. However, I don't see myself running SLI anytime soon and would like to keep this system as cheap as possible. I'd also love to have 2GB of RAM but it doesn't need to be the fastest RAM available.

I've heard about incompatibilities with X-FI cards and the nVidia 680i chipset. Any truth to those rumors? I wouldn't mind even getting an nForce 5 chipset mobo if I can find one cheap enough. I also want to know if my current power supply will be enough. I've read that you can purchase a kit for the XP-90 to make it fit a C2D. Keep in mind, I do not overclock, I just like to buy quality, stable components. I game, do some video editing, dvd encoding, some audio stuff, etc.

I'm giving the proc and mobo to my sister and brother-in-law since they are in need of an upgrade. I am selling the OCZ PC3200 on eBay so I will not all of this upgrade will have to come out of my pocket. Thanks in advance for helping me out!!

Regards,
