I am planning to upgrade my current system and have decided on the P4 2.53 GHz as my cpu. I need some suggestions on the motherboard and ram though (I don't need the absolute best there is, just something solid and dependable). I DON'T plan on overclocking and I need the motherboard to be able to handle the following
1 AGP(preferably 4x)
4-5 PCI
1 cd rom, 1cd rw
2 hard drives (IDE)
1 floppy
Also my current power supply is 300 watts, will I need to upgrade this as well? Thanks for any help.
P.S. This system will be used for gaming (FPS) and browsing the net.
