motherboard and cpu processor question

Hi,
I just purchased a Asus K8V-Deluxe Motherboard. It states that is supports
AMD Athlon 64, socket-754 up to 800MHz FSB. Would the Athlon Processor
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ / 512KB Cache / 1600MHz FSB / Socket 754 work with this? THe reason is obviously the FSB's do not match. Please advice Thanks.

The motherboard spec is just listing the one way speed, while the CPU is showing the bi-directional speed. They are compatible. Technicaly it's not a FSB anyway, it's hypertransport.
