Im in the process of replacing my mother
board and have run into one problem I cant
find an answer to. I have a plug that fits
on to the motherboard for HDD led reset.
Here's the problem there are two sets of
pins one 8 pins and the other 6 pins a space
and 1 pin. The plug that fits onto it has
4 connections a space two connections and a space. Should use the top row with 8 pins
or the bottom row with 6 pins a space followed by 1 pin. Or will it hurt the motherboard if I test them both out to see
which works the best or if they work at all?
