Motherboard - AGP voltage compatibility

I'm thinking about upgrading some parts on my PC in a few weeks.

Because I'm short of money I'm planning upgrading step by step.

I'm thinking of buying the graphics card first, while waiting for the Athlon64 to arrive.

My question is does an ATI 9500 Pro works on a Asus A7V (KT133 chipset) board? This is because my current card is an Asus V6800 Deluxe working on a 3.3v AGP.
The new cards work on 1.5v AGP as far as I know.
Does my board support this voltage or not?

If not, do new Motherboards support old cards like mine?

Thanks in advance!
