Motherboard Advice Needed

I'm not sure if it has Gigabit ethernet, but I like the Asus A7N8X Deluxe Nforce2 board, seems to be one of the best out there as long as you get the new revision with the latest Nforce2 Ultra 400 core.

Yeah ASUS A7N8X DX has dual LAN ports and i THINK they have serial ports :-/

 
asus a7n8x deluxe is my current prime candidate, does anyone know if there are any cheaper boards that still provide good serial ata?
