MotherBoard Acting Up

recently switch out a (no oc) intel p55 motherboard to a (yes oc) major brand p55 motherboard.

with this major brand motherboard. with bios in optimized default (vcore, vtt, vdim, pll, vdroop enable = auto). the system would crash randomly. sometimes it would freeze at the post screen. sometimes it would freeze right where window logo comes together at initial window loading. sometimes it would freeze while running various program inside windows. no pattern what so ever. just randomly.

with this major brand motherboard. with bios in overclock (vcore = 1.400, vtt 1.325, vdimm auto, pll auto, vdroop enabled). the system is rock solid running 182x22 at 4GHz oc with i5-760.

another wierd characteristic is. during a warm reboot (reset). it would completely shutdown (fan and all) then restart all by itself. sometimes it would power cycle 2-3 times before it posting.
