The kid was a minor no legal consent is possible. And even if the son was of age, it's his mother dude. The kid banged his own mom. The womb that he was delivered into the world from, he banged it sloppy.

Incest is wrong on an instinctive level for good and proper reasons. I don't know if the mom should rot in jail over this, I think she should be legally shunned by the entire country.

There's a difference between being a minor and not being the age of consent. 16-year-olds are minors in all states, but in most states they're legally able to give consent.

I really hope this child doesn't get named by anyone. It's amazing that this woman was named, it is probably now quite easy to find out the childs name, or others that know the woman or the child can put 2 and 2 together, word may spread. So I don't see how naming and having a photo of this woman in the media is in the childs or the communities best interest.
