All I've read is that the son is a teenager. But does that mean 13, 15, 17 or what? The ABC News article stated that she's been charged with one count of "third-degree criminal sexual conduct."

That doesn't sound like a statutory rape charge to me, so the the kid was probably at least the age of consent. Most likely, she's being charged with a violation of the state's incest laws.
