Speaking of flat bed.

They put my Motorcycle on a flat bed and then proceeded to drive up and down the Turnpike all night long.

I had a Sun Pass on the bike.

I got a bill for $75 in toll charges for the night because they charged truck rates.

Err presumably they had their own pass, so that you were only charged bike rates? Either way it should be easy to dispute.

How can a person be added to a title and not know it? In colorado all parties thst need to be on the title/registration has to be at the dmv when you are getting it.

Or if you have a loan the dmv will see that and enter all names listed on the loan

shit, I ignored my car on a highly crowded area in Chicago for about 2 months, and it was towed post-haste. Cost me about 700 bucks to get it out.

No way that a car would have been allowed to sit at O'Hare for 3 years without being impounded. No fucking way. Pure negligence on the city.

Just go get a copy of all the registration documents. I tend not to believe anyone till they prove it. Maybe her uncle let her have the car and he boyfriend was driving it. Such a scenario is quite possible. Report the car stolen or something. This whole story smells like a rotten fish. If you are driving a car normally someone has to pay the registration fees to transfer the title. Otherwise the car would still be in her uncle's name.

I think if the title is free and clear, all you have to do is give the person the title and sign it over to the new person on the back and maybe they can just mail that in to have the title updated.

Not really, it would be very easy for her ex to register the car under her name without her knowledge.

Wow thats fucked. So I can go down to the dmv and add waggy to my car without your knowledge and its legit?

pretty much. if you have title free and clear its rather easy to add someone to it.

even taking someone off is easy. all you need is a signature to do it when you redo the title.

Yeah, I almost laughed when I saw that nugget places in the story. If she is truly not liable, what does being a single mom have to do with it?

Cuz if it had been a straight white guy, nobody would care since he's just being punished for all the evil he's done, along with the rest of his 'kind'.
