But why does the mother only get 40 years while the father gets 5 live sentences PLUS 96 years? The judge said the mother shouldn't get out during her child bearing years, but why should she get out EVER?

not that i agree, but probably because the father had intercourse with them. the mother would've if she had a penis, but since she doesn't she couldn't.

its easy to say why they go after 11yr olds for downloading songs and not child molesters. there is no money in going after them. There is no company claiming to lose billions a year to child porn etc.


i agree though. i would rather see them go after the makers and distributes of child porn then the makers and distributors of music.

the husband got 5 life sentences and an additonal 96 years plus he is inelligible for parole. if he lives to 70 thats at least 38 years of vicious poundings in a big boy prison where they do not really care for his kind.

He's going to have to live in solitary, and never have contact with general population.

The most vile of murderers still has some ethics, and it's you don't mess with children.
You can be sure that if this guy is in general population, a gaurd will tell someone why he is in, and this guy will be killed.

40 years isn't enough. They should have locked her ass up for 10 consecutive life sentences full solitary confinement and only 1 hour of outside time.

BTW: If this was a male. He would have gotten life or the chair. Rmember that one marine that got posted on OT for the same stuff.
