So I went to a local college after work yesterday for an event. Went to my vehicle around 8:30 p.m. and there she was, with a huge dent at the lower side of the front door and the front fender (driver side).

Called the cop and witnesses that live nearby said there was a girl in a small light color/white stopped and then kept on driving (they did not know how bad it was and could not get the licence plate number due to darkness).

So now I have to deal with State Farm and will be out of at least $250 (comprehension deductible) to fix it plus rental car. F#%$#%# a##hole die in a fire x100000000. My weekend is ruined.

Took some pics and will upload later.

Anyone with experience on claim with insurance about vehicle body damage? Any pointers/advices?

#!@%!! awesome!

I had a bunch of drunk frat boys smash my truck with bottles and key it when it was left overnight at a tailgate event, I paid $100 deductible to fix $5,000 in damage

Police report filed, of course nothing happened (although I did ask the officer to bag the bottles as evidence for fingerprinting, for the lulz)

i also went through state farm, it was a painless experience. They can usually recommend a good body shop

def add rental, its usually really cheap compared to paying for one out of pocket once

I know the feeling, someone broke the grill on my wifes car less than 2 weeks after we got it new.

grocery store lot, some ahole seemingly backed his hitch into it and drove off

Rental coverage is dirt cheap, it's only a few bucks on my policy. My wife had one for a couple weeks last year and I'm going to be using one for a couple weeks later this month after some ass hole vandalized my car. It's worth what it costs.

So someone saw them and identified them as frat boys? I imagine that means they were wearing letters?

no, I just assumed they were fratters. Chances are strong that a pack of jackels, who are loitering around a football game involving alcohol and destruction of property, are frat boys.

Or any pack of college kids but that's cool if it makes you feel better to assume that frat boys want to key your car and shit because they're drunk and have nothing better to do.
