Mother board works, power supply works, but mouse and keyboard...

They don't have power. Nothing comes to the monitor either, but I checked the video card with the power on and it was receiving power. So I don't know if I need a new power supply or a new mother board or what. I was playing a game and the computer somewhat restarted but it did not power down and the monitor went to its stand-by mode. As well as the keyboard and mouse no longer having power. Any ideas?
