mother board without atx socket

Hey I need some help. I just bought this old mother board MSI fyzzy cx700D (part number 609-9802-040). The problem is, this was not the board I wanted and now I have no clue how to use it. It doe not use the standard ATX power supply. I was trying to use it for an in car PC but it has only the flat 4 pin (ide) power supply for the board.

1. Does anyone have any idea on how to power this board?
2. Better yet does anyone know of a DC-Dc power supply that I can use for this board?
