Mother Board with video card -compatibility

Hi Guys,
I am a newbie just starting to assemble my first computer.
Here is what I have planned to buy

ASUS A8N-E Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Processor Model ADA3000BPBOX
GIGABYTE GV-NX62TC128D Geforce 6200TC 16MB(Up to 128MB Shared) 32-bit DDR PCI Express x16 Video Card

I have checked the compatibilty between the CPU and the mother board , the socket type etc. My only worry is that whether this video card will work with mother board or not?
I checked the mother board for interface , which says PCI *16 and that's the only thing I am checking in this video card. I am not into gaming , if it works fine for normal stuff, it should be okay.

Is there anything else also I need to check?

Help highly appreciated

you shouldnt have the sligtest problem. if you have it will be most likely be your fault (forgetting to plug a power cable or something) or fault equipment.

I was wondering if the Motherboard having Nvidia nforce 4 chipset and the Video card has Nvidia nforce 3 s/w .. will this create problems
