mother board for AMD phenom x3 8650

I just recieved this CPU from AMD and need a mother board to go with it. I do not know much about the new amd technology since my recent builds have been Intel.

The main use for this rig will be multimedia/htpc/email and I have heard about current amd mother boards having HDMI /HD endcoding capablities.

I may overclock but do not want to sacrifice stability.

my budget is @ 50-75 dollars

other parts
antec case w/ 5000w psu
ocz pc 800 2g memory
ati 1650 pro but may upgrade to a hybrid crossfire 3xxx series (if MB supports)
vista ultimate w/media center.

Only the Nvidia 8200/8300 models will give full lossless sound over HDMI, if you have Blu-Ray and a surround sound system.

i decided on GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-US2H for the $, features and previous build experience w/this brand.

I had a few more Qs

Will i need sata drivers if installing vista ultimate? (need for media center), eventually upgrading to win7 w/ MCE function. I will also be adding ide drives as storage for videos/mp3s

500GB sata, 400gb ide and a DVD rw ide.

Can i use windows usb reciever from Xbox360 controller and xbox 360 media remote on vista MCE ?

which is a good wireless media keyboard with a tracker or mouse built in?

A surround sound system that can handle lossless sound. Most can't.

Can't hurt to have the drivers on hand. Vista can read them off a USB drive.
Also, the xbox 360 stuff should work. Not sure about the media remote.
And I hear the logitech dinovo mini is good, but expensive.
