The hard drives will work fine, and assuming your video card is an AGP model, you shouldn't have any problems. Looks fine to me. :)

AMD XP 2800+, 1 GB of mediocre RAM, can't remember the Mobo (I think it was an Asus), Plus I wanted a better cooling case and a stronger PSU.

You're looking at a 20-30% improvement in preformance closer to the 20% I think.
Not sure you'll notice a huge difference. Your old HD should work as long as your MOBO has IDE connectors which I'm sure it has.

You might want to hold off for a few months and wait for the AMD64 X2 DUAL CORE.
Instead. If you want to invest more money I think waiting for that will be worth your while. You'll be sure to see closer to 60%+ improvement in preformance with that.

I'd get This PSU instead.

Other than the small increase in wattage, can I ask why?
Yup, the vid card is AGP. Thanks :D

+12V Amps is 36 vice 22. Plus it's a more stable PSU.

the enermax has dual rails..totalling 36A, i have a 475watt noisetaker...its silent!, and im loving the dual lines, and the paint job. its damn good PSU

my voltages, from bios - in windows

12v = 12.004 - 11.89
3.3v = 3.31 - 3.29
5v = 5.025 - 4.999

some people will say that value ram is good enough. Thats true and not so true. Remeber, you get what you pay for. More expensive lower latency ram is more expensive because its better ram. If your a smoker think of it like comparing Marlboros/ camels to GPCs or Smoke1s. Do you care if you have bottom of the barrel ram. If you need only nicotein and dont care if its via some crap than go with cheap ram, it will do the job. More expensive ram will do it better with less data corruption and more overclocking overhead. Actually, cheap ram has NO overclocking overhead to very very little.

I am expecting(hoping) to see a significant increase. I am pretty sure my system was bottlenecking my video card. It's ordered and just waiting for good old FedEx... I really couldnt find a bad review of that RAM and/or Mobo. AMD cpu's are stable as granite, Anandtech recommended the case, and well, I just liked the PSU. Thanks again for the input.

You won't see a significant increase. Sorry.
