Last week I had lunch with some buddies at a local Viet/Thai Noodle House, the waiter brought us our water and I noticed my cup had a small cockroach floating around in it. I asked the waiter for another cup and THIS FOOL BROUGHT ME BACK THE SAME CUP, WTF!:| No more Viet/Thai Noodle houses for me.

I was called out to service the computer at an Arby's restaurant. While replacing the cd-rom, a mouse came out and ran toward my foot. Saw at least 3 or 4 more in 15 minutes. It was pretty nasty seeing them in a restaurant. Anyways, i passed on that free meal.

Oh, I almost forgot, don't ever eat at a Rallyes's burger joint, owned by Carl's Jr. I believe. They are the filthiest places I have ever seen.

Actually, restaurants are full of bugs and rodents. It's just not possible to keep those things away. It's all about how well the restaurant disguises such things.
I CAN'T believe the nerve of that fvcking waiter to bring the same dish back. I would have spooned it out and thrown it at his face. I SWEAR I would.

Worst was a resteraunt in Epcot Center, Florida. Last time I ever ate in a disney resteraunt.
Roaches everywhere, in the food wrappers, on the tables and chairs...shudder.

Supposedly, there was a taco bell near me that closed down because one of the workers found human feces in the meat....

Try going to a third world country, the bugs are ridiculously big, ugly, and dangerous compared to the onces in Florida.

I was in LA driving down melrose going to the 101 in traffic. We noticed one asian place with chickens and some other birds in the window. Not like El Pollo Loco chickens... they were cooked chickens with the heads, necks and all. Reminded me of the end of Christmas Story. The sign in the window said it got a C rating.

That was the nastiest I've seen in a while.

I love a meal at a local bar. Something about good old greasy food that's probably lethal, plus local bars and dives are about the only places where you can still get a legitimately rare hamburger. None of this modern, "healthy" burnt hamburger crap. As dingy as the dining areas in those places are, I've seen the kitchens and they're usually surprisingly clean. Excepting the grease traps, of course.

When I was a kid, my family ate in this greasy spoon in NYC. We made the mistake of sitting close enough to the kitchen to see it every time someone went or out of it. The kitchen was food poison ugly. The restaurant was so greasy that the water was slimy.

Eating out rule # 1:
Never, never be rude, overdemanding, or anyway obnoxious to the waiter before he or she serves your food.

Rule#4:
Never sit close to the kitchen and never look in the kitchen.

Thats fairly standard fare for an asian market. I say the bias by the inspector caused such a low rating. Different philosophies.

I'd have to agree. It's quite the norm if you go to any Asian market, Chinatown, to see chickens and ducks.

Mm.. duck.

My vote goes to the Burger King in Covington just outside Cincinnati. Scum of the world in there, I mean the patrons and the employees. Don't think i will go there EVER again.

I've been in some pretty nasty restraunts in my time. It's nice having a lot of that info online in my area. For example. Restraunt/Heath Inspections I've stopped eating at a few places locally due to this information, and started eating at some new places. Too bad everyone didn't have this kind of info available to them.
