Most Unobtrusive Way/Program to OC a Radeon 9000Pro 64mb?

What's ATI's version of coolbits, basically the most unobtrusive way of overclocking this card. I would prefer wholeheartedly not to use a program like PowerStrip which just hogs resources. Thanks. Card is manufactured by Sapphire if it helps.
