Most underrated vegetable

Spinich by far.

A little bacon, a little hard boiled egg, a little mayo, you've got the greatest food item on the face of the earth. And it's not all that bad for you.

I love 'em both (only raw), but I picked cauliflower because even though broccoli is often-times well hated, cauliflower still lacks the respect it deserves

Do you realize that the Tomato has been reclassified as a fruit?
It's always been a fruit.

vegetable: A plant cultivated for an edible part, such as the root of the beet, the leaf of spinach, or the flower buds of broccoli or cauliflower.

fruit: The ripened ovary or ovaries of a seed-bearing plant, together with accessory parts, containing the seeds and occurring in a wide variety of forms.

I like many vegetables that other people don't, like asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, and brussels sprouts.
Mushrooms, potatoes, onions, and zucchini/squash are also high on my list.

I don't like tomatoes, bell peppers, or celery, though, especially raw.

I'd say turnips, radishes, or brussels sprouts. All are excellent but are often overlooked.

hahaha....not that bad for you. It'd be alot BETTER for you if you didn't add eggs bacon and mayo!

asparagus, by far. But it tends to be one of the more expensive vegetables, too. I can't buy 4 lbs of it for like $3 that I can with broccoli.

Actually I think in the USA the supreme court officially classified it as a vegatable.
