I am looking for a new motherboard that uses the Intel 815E/EP chipset. This will be primarily a workstation so there won't be any overclocking needed, I just want the most stable board I can find. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have two machines running on Asus CUSL2-C boards and both seem to run very good. My son uses one for serious gaming and rarely crashes. Asus cost a bit more but seem to be worth it and I have gone through many types of motherboards in my business.

Thanks for the input. I have been considering the Asus CUSL2-C and the Intel 815EPEA. I just wasn't sure if there are more options out there I should look into or if either one of these will be as stable as you can get.

For maximum stability, you have the two best candidates, the ASUS and the Intel board. The ASUS board is more flexible than the Intel board, but it does have more quirks than the Intel board.
