Most Secure Backup of Files -- Large Quantity.

Hey all, was in another thread and backups were brought up... got me thinking.

What is the most secure way (and quickest) to backup large files, say 10TB or so?
 
winrar with recovery record in store mode. make sure you use a 64bit host otherwise most 32 win o/s will crap out on the filesize.
