My vote: When You Wish Upon A Weinstein

Episode Summary:

After losing the family's rainy day money to a Volcano Insurance fraud, Peter learns from his friends that he needs a jewish person to look after his finances. When just such a guy's car breaks down in front of his house, Peter's finances are saved. After seeing the jew in action, Peter decides Chris needs to become jewish to ensure he gets all the good things in life. Instead of following he true path to becoming Jewish, Peter and Chris head to Vegas for a 'fast and furious' ceremony.

My favorite part was when Optimus Prime came into the synagogue wearing a yamakah.

I finished watching the entire 3rd season DVD set in one week. 🙁

No, no, no... you combined these quotes from two episodes.

The first part is at a party...

Quagmire: "Hey Meg, 18 yet?"
Meg: "No."
Quagmire: "Hey Chris, how's it going?"
Chris: "Well--"
Quagmire: "Alllrrriiight." (Walking away)

The second part of your quote is another episode. Quagmire goes to this girl from Meg's school house during a party, after Lois asks him to, in order to "scar them for life"... and that's where that happens.
 
There was one that never was supposed to air, but it was about how Lois gets marriage counseling tapes for Peter, and in it, there's toon porn.
