I actually thought it would have been a good idea to have a stickified thread containing links to reposted threads...

Then, in addition to the normal search, you could search there. You could also regularly see what quite a few people found amusing enough to post about.

But, it'd be too much of a hassle.

Right after 9/11, there was a revived letter written by a Canadian professor or something about how great America is to the world and how Americans help all these other countries out. That got posted on here at least 4 times in one day when it was making its rounds as an email spam. So I had it in my mail box twice and on ATOT at least 4 times on the same day.
