Most quiet HDD?

Looking for the most quiet ATA100 7200RPM HDD I can buy..
I really hate noisy drives when idel.. seek noise is stil anoying.. bu not as much.
I hear Fujitsu MPG series are really quiet with FDB (fluid dynamic bearing), is there more quiet ones?
 
I've used several of the new Seagate Barracuda IVs and they are dead silent. Not even seek noice. The fluid bearings really work. Tey are also very affordable.

seagate barracuda IV series, i got a 7200 rpm ata 100 seagate baracuda III series, runs pretty quite, but the noise of my PSU is 1000 times bigger, stupid generic crap.
