What's popular and reliable site for picture hosting for free and in confidentiality?

For use in sharing pictures with friends or use it for ebay purposes, etc.

1MB PER IMAGE is not good enough for you ? What kind of pics are you uploading ?

1) compress your digicam pics
2) I wouldn't want to view pics > 1MB anyway.. I don't care how close a friend you are. ;)

Oh, I double-checked the site. I thought it was 1MB max for entire account. That would be too small. lol

I noticed you have bbzzdd too.

yes bbzzdd is good (I love the GUI/management system), but they don't allow outside referrers (if you're not coming from a few select sites, you're not getting in). And I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate the donated bandwidth each month being all taken up by strangers. ;)

Since you wanted it for ebay, etc... you got Imageshack.

EDIT>>> I just tested the referrer with bbzzdd.com ... emailed myself a pic link.. and it showed up. Is it still checking for referrer location ?

Yea, it will be more for anonymous/confidential sharing of pics like ebay, fs/ft, etc.

I already have personal photo gallery for friends/family using yahoo, ofoto and spymac.

It goes back to the "you get what you paid for" saying.....

Spend a couple bucks and get a website, you'll be much happier. I know a few places that offer hosting for ~$10/year

PhoenixOrion,

I just sent you an e-mail with an offer for FREE web hosting with coppermine.

WaggyTalk.com is a web site I currently host for free. That coppermine software was installed in about 30 seconds using Fantastico (try a demo here Username: xcontrol / Password: cpdemo)

Your own. Course it's not free unless you have the hookup by RossMAN. :) But I don't see why people are so hesitant to spend $5 a month to have your own site with as much space and bandwidth as you want. (I pay about $13 a month for 2GB/35GB)
