I am looking for the bast online racing experience with lots of players. I prefer realistic driving with reasonable graphics. But the most important thing is that it should be easy to find and jump into an online race.

Yeah, iracing if you want realistic and a lot of players. It's expensive if you want to buy all the extra cars and tracks. It also has a subscription fee. Here's a vid of me racing at Limerock to give you an idea of the graphics and physics: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1AtobXa2fE

Alternatives are rFactor or GTR2 if you're looking for realistic and decent graphics. No subscription for either of those, just the initial purchase of the game. Plus there's tons of free addon cars and tracks for both of those.

Edit: Forgot to ask if you have wheel and pedals? I highly recommend them if you plan on using any of the games I mentioned. iRacing fee for one month is $14 for new subscribers. $29 for three months with promo code PR-TW-3
