Who influenced the most policy while they were VP? The VPs in the poll are listed in chronological order of their vice presidency.

I'm Canadian, so I won't stay long, but I gotta say I've got pole envy.

TR has a pretty big influence on politics while he was VP. I don't think Jefferson had as big of a role. Not sure though.
