On the motherboard itself, assuming the logic design was done properly (ie: its a good chipset), I'd have to agree with the above poster -- the motherboard's PSU is the most important.
A bad PSU on the motherboard is the difference between a board that remains stable for a year or two, and doesn't overclock well, and a board that remains stable for 10+ years and has better overclockability if that's your thing.
